Dear
Family, Friends & Fans,
One of the most difficult things in life is to announce the loss of a loved one, and our family has suffered a tragic loss. On Sunday afternoon we learned that Luke Osborne had passed at the age of 26.
Luke is survived by his father, Paul Osborne of Watkins Glen, and mother Rose Wallenbeck of Interlaken. Also, his two daughters, Ashlin and Jaylee Osborne; brother, Jason Osborne of Florida; grandmother, Bessie Osborne of Watkins Glen; uncles and aunts, Mark and Paula Wallenbeck and Jim Wallenbeck; Billy and Teresa Osborne and Eddie and Janet Osborne, all of Watkins Glen; and by many other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, William Osborne Sr., and Lewis and Anna Wallenbeck.
Luke was born in Geneva, NY on January 21, 1982. He was formerly a student at Odessa Central School and currently worked for Jerlando’s Pizzeria in Montour Falls. He truly loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with friends and family. He will be deeply missed.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen. A service in Luke's memory will be held immediately following at 8:00pm.
Memorial donations to help Luke's family may be directed to Catholic Charities, 607 N. Franklin St., Watkins Glen, NY 14891. The Wallenbeck family also asks that you take a moment to light a virtual candle for Luke online by visiting http://royce.beyondfh.com/candles/candlespecial.php/dID/368239.
Thank you all for your prayers and support in this time of sorrow.
